The Global L&D Department’s (iSON Academy) learning activities are carried out across several centers in the designated region with assistance from the Regional Assistant Manager-Learning & Development. The position oversees leadership, functional, and behavioral learning programs, administers assessments, monitors results, and supports follow-up learning reinforcement. It reports to the Global L&D Lead and Regional HR Director. The implementation of the quarterly learning calendar, team leader and function-specific cohort program facilitation, program logistics, participant engagement, learning data reporting, and the creation of site-based L&D Champions are among the main areas of attention. In order to operationalize L&D across locations in accordance with corporate goals and to foster a strong learning culture, the job is essential.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare reports and dashboards on participation, assessment scores, and feedback.
- Conduct post-program reinforcement, including refreshers, action planning, and learnermanager check-ins.
- Support execution of the quarterly learning calendar in collaboration with the Regional L&D Manager.
- Facilitate leadership and functional programs, including First-Time Manager and behavioural skills training.
- Coordinate nominations, scheduling, and communication with learners across sites.
- Administer assessments and collect feedback to measure learning effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate training records and LMS updates in alignment with governance requirements.
- Engage with HR, Ops, and site heads to align learning plans with local needs.
- Support the identification and development of site-based L&D Champions.
- Promote learning programs via internal mailers, session reminders, and success story highlights
KNOWLWDGE AND SKILLS
✓ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field.
✓ L&D Facilitation: Proven ability to deliver leadership, behavioural, and functional training to junior and mid-level audiences.
Program Coordination: Strong planning, scheduling, and multi-site coordination experience.
✓ Assessment & Feedback: Capable of administering learning assessments and capturing actionable learner feedback.
✓ Learning Technology: Working knowledge of LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and virtual facilitation tools.
✓ Stakeholder Support: Experience partnering with HR and Ops to meet location-specific training needs.
✓ Communication: Strong presentation, written, and interpersonal skills.
✓ Reporting & Documentation: Skilled in maintaining training records, participation logs, and basic dashboards.
✓ Learning Mind set: Demonstrates initiative in improving delivery and building internal capability.
