Position: Wheel Loader Operator (Post Three 3)
Workplace: Bagamoyo

Duties/responsibilities:

1. Work in coordination with site supervisors and other operators.
2. Operate wheel loader to move, load and transport materials.
3. Inspect and maintain the machine before and after operations.
4. Load and unload trucks, stockpiles and hoppers efficiently.
5. Monitor and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions.
6. Keep records of daily operations and fuel usage.
7. Ensure safety standards compliance.

Qualification And Skills Required

1. Applicant must have introduction letter from local government and two referee letters.
2. Hold a certification from either VETA or IHET.
3. Hold a valid Tanzania Driver’s license preferably (class F).
4. Minimum of 3 years proven experience in the field.
5. Applicant must have NIDA &TIN.
6. Must submit all documents as a single PDF.

Position: Light Vehicle Driver (Post Two 02)
Workplace: Bagamoyo

Duties/responsibilities:

1. Maintain records of trips, fuel usage, and any maintenance or repairs carried out.
2. Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting when necessary.
3. Ensure adherence to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and organizational protocols
4. Plan and follow optimal routes for timely deliveries or pickups, using navigation tools where necessary.
5. Performs any other duties as assigned by superiors

Qualification And Skills Required

1. Applicant must have NIDA &TIN.
2. Applicant must hold a valid Tanzania driver’s license preferably Class D.
3. Hold a certification from either VETA or NIT.
4. Minimum of 3 years proven experience of hands-on driving is preferred.
5. Applicant must be Tanzanian and not less than 18 years’ old.
6. Applicants must have an Introduction letter from local government and two referee letters.
7. Applicant Must submit all documents as a single PDF.

Position: Truck Driver (Post One 01)
Workplace: Bagamoyo

Duties/responsibilities

1. Keep records of travel logs, fuel usage and maintenance activities.
2. Secure and organize tools and equipment in the truck properly.
3. Drive and operate a mobile workshop truckto various job sites.
4. Transport tools, equipment and spare parts for onsite repairs and maintenance.
5. Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of the truck.
6. Ensure timely delivery of mechanical support services.
7. Communicate effectively with supervisors and workshop teams.
8. Ensure safety standards compliance.

Qualification And Skills Required

1. Minimum of 3 years proven experience in the field.
2. Applicant must hold a valid Tanzania driver’s license preferably Class E.
3. Hold a certification from either VETA or NIT.
4. Applicant must be Tanzanian and not less than 18 years’ old.
5. Applicant must have NIDA & TIN.
